1. About DandanDesigns

DandanDesigns is a small Scottish business creating handmade gifts and illustrated calendars.
All products are designed, illustrated, and packaged in Scotland.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

2. Ordering & Handmade Variations

All items are handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, layout, or finish may occur.
These variations are part of the charm of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Personalised or custom‑made items cannot be changed once production has begun.

3. Processing & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 3 days of purchase.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delays

Royal Mail delays are outside our control, but we will always assist if your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• the item is unused

• in its original condition

• in its original packaging

Non‑returnable items

• personalised items

• custom artwork

• digital downloads (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, and product images on this website are the copyright of DandanDesigns.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or designs without written permission.

7. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
Your details will never be shared with third parties except for delivery purposes (e.g., Royal Mail).
