Refund Policy — DandanDesigns

At DandanDesigns, I want you to be completely happy with your handmade Scottish gifts, artwork, and calendars. If something isn’t right, I offer a simple and fair refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund if:

• The item is unused

• It is in its original condition and packaging

• You contact me within 14 days of receiving your order

Refunds apply to handmade gifts, prints, and calendars that meet the above criteria.

Non‑Refundable Items

Some items cannot be refunded:

• Personalised items

• Custom artwork

• Digital downloads (if applicable)

These are non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
I will arrange a replacement or refund straight away — no fuss.

Return Postage

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and checked.
Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be processed securely through PayPal Buyer Protection.
