I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help.

Returns

You can return any unused, non‑personalised item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact me before sending anything back so I can guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or PayPal to process it.

Personalised Items

Personalised or custom-made items can’t be refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as they’re created specifically for you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with a photo of the issue.
I’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or damaged, I’ll cover the return postage.
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
